You may request an exchange or refund within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unworn, in its original packaging and with all tags attached.
Sale items and accessories such as earrings are final sale and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
